Dr. Fuller graduated from BYU in chemistry and went on to medical school at the University of Oklahoma in 1977. His residency in family medicine took place in Wichita, Kansas and at the University of Oklahoma. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and later became certified in Emergency Medicine. He, his wife, and his six children live in Highland. He enjoys jogging and backpacking. Dr. Fuller has practiced at TriCity since 1984. Even though he no longer delivers babies, he continues to see a wide variety of patients as a family medicine physician.
